Important notes
1. Children's parties are 3 hours and include 30 mins set up and 30mins clear up ie leaving 2hrs for the party

​2. We only take the following time slots
a) 10am - 1pm
b) 10.30am - 1.30pm
c) 2 - 5pm
​
​3. Licensed Bar - only on afternoon parties. Deposit of £36 is required on booking, this is refundable if over £200 is spent over the bar on the day
​
4. FULL PAYMENT is required within 24hrs, once we confirm the booking
5. The bouncy castle, large frame playcentre, and small soft play will be erected by our caretaker. Table & chairs will be your responsibility to put out and then put away.

Football Activities are not allowed to be held at the Hall as it is not a Sports Facility
